The individual designated as responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy and with PIPA.

By providing your phone number to A & P Heating & Cooling or Lee’s Air, Plumbing, & Heating, you agree to receive SMS or MMS messages from us. These messages may include:

Marketing messages, including promotional offers, new services, or special discounts (only with prior express written consent)
Consent & Opt-In
You may opt in by submitting a form, checking a box on our website, or responding to a keyword request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. By opting in, you authorize us to send messages to the phone number provided, even if it is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on customer interaction but is generally limited to a few messages per month.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
