Free 2nd Opinions – Yes, We Really Mean It
You can see it right in our banner on this page, and you’ve probably heard it in our radio ads – A & P: where 2nd Opinions Are Always Free…
But if you’re like a lot of people, you probably wondered:
- What’s the catch?
- Can I really have them send a tech out to my house for free?
- What if I don’t want to go with their recommendation? And so on…
So, yes, we really will send a Sincere Engineer out to your home to give you a second opinion, and, yes, it’s totally free, even if you end up not needing a repair or not wanting to use A & P to do the repair.
Why are you offering this? What’s in it for you?
We believe that if you do right by people, the vast majority of them will know it, and do right by you in return.
We also believe there’s a real hunger out there for trustworthy, honest service.
So, yes, we’re taking a risk, but it usually works out for us, longer-term.
Do you really discover OK systems and fake repair recommendations?
Sometimes, yes. More often we just discover misdiagnosed problems – the other techs didn’t look at the whole elephant or take proper measurements before jumping to the gun with a rule of thumb or shortcut.
But, yes, we’ve saved people thousands of dollars on repairs they didn’t need. Unfortunately, it’s not as uncommon as one would hope.
